We started as a firm that focused on engineering professionals, but if you aren't an engineer and/or your firm isn't in a technical field, we can still work with you! We have experience working with healthcare professionals, the non-profit sector, corporate law firms, academia, counseling professionals, religious organizations, political organizations, and retail firms. Our approach is effective with any group that prefers developing a  practical skillset, as opposed to abstract theory courses or "touchy-feely" activities like trust-falls.

We have multiple facilitators with advanced certification in administering the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI 2.0) and the Core Strengths training program from CoreStrengths. We are happy to set up individual or group sessions to walk participants through what the SDI means and how to use that information effectively.
