This is the online version of our flagship leadership class. The sessions have been adapted for the Zoom interface. Since instructors and participants don't have to travel to a physical location, we've modified the class to better fit people's schedules. Classes will be held as half-day sessions on two back-to-back days each month, rather than on one full day per month. 

Our program is a comprehensive program of eight full-day sessions* and a one-hour individual coaching session addressing the following topics: 

• Applying leadership principles 
• Leadership versus management 
• Understanding yourself and others as a leader 
• Communicating to motivate 
• Leading difficult/strong-willed people 
• Leading in conflict situations 
• Leading change: motivating individual change and leading organizational change / Taking and controlling personal/career risk 
• Empowering and growing others: delegating, coaching, mentoring, empowering 
• Team-Building
• Defining a personal leadership style 
• Inspiring leadership in others and creating a leadership culture

• Session 1: September 29 & 30
• Session 2: October 27 & 28
• One-on-ones: November (each participant will schedule a single one-hour Zoom session with an instructor)
• Session 4: December 15 & 16
• Session 5: January 26 & 27
• Session 6: February 23 & 24
• Session 7: March 23 & 24
• Session 8: April 20 & 21
• Session 9: June 1 & 2
• Makeup (if needed): June 15 & 16

All meetings will be conducted using Zoom. Books and other materials will be shipped to participants before the first class. Additional materials will include the Strength Deployment Inventory, an online assessment offered through CoreStrengths.
